Beyonders is an amazing book with twists and turns that keep you on your toes. I will be adding 5 meaningful objects from the book into this tackk to represent different things.
I chose a gold ring for one of my objects because in my story when Jason is in Lyrian and needs help Galloran takes him in and shelters him. While he is staying with Galloran he gives him the ring along with the title Lord Jason of Caberton. It also helps Jason represent himself as Lord Jason of Caberton and gives proof of his title.
I chose to put a dungeon as one of my objects because toward the end of the book Jason is put in a dungeon by the evil emperor, Maldor. They lock him in a cell with a poisonous snake for many many days. The snake finally bites him and he faints. After he is moved to a different cell and friend helps him escape.
The reason I chose syllables as one of my objects is because throughout the whole book Jason and his companions are searching to find the six syllables that make up the word that will destroy the evil emperor named Maldor. Jason travels all over Lyrian to find the syllables. It took him over four months! The word all together was arimfexendrapuse.
I chose to do a hippo because the portal to Lyrian was through the hippo. Jason was accidentally swallowed by the hippo when he arrived in Lyrian. He was going to feed the hippo when the hippo swallowed him and he woke up against a tree in Lyrian.
The last thing I chose was an invitation. I chose this object because in the middle of the story Jason gets invited to Harthenham, which is paradise for every living thing in Lyrian. Maldor invites his worst enemies there so they will stop trying to harm him and become hypnotized into paradise. To get this invitation is VERY rare for anyone.
