When it comes to constantly drinking/eating sugary items you could die. One glazed dount has about 10 grams of sugar. Also a single 8 oz. Gatorade has 14 grams of sugar and everyone think its good. This can lead to heart disease, heart problems and other severe things. As Quanhe Yang said, "The risk of cardiovascular disease death increases exponentially as you increase your consumption of added sugar.
