Power of Habits

1. I think the section "Our Brain on Habits?" shows how easily our brains can develop a habit if we continue to do the routine day in day out. It just sort of becomes a daily routine, and it becomes part of our day. And without it we feel as if somethings missing.

2. My habit is drinking gatorade everyday after school

b: When I get home I feel tired and thirsty

c: I get up, go to my bag and get the gatorade from Koby's grandmas out and drink it.

d: I feel better when I'm not thirsty and it also makes me tired, which leads to a nice nap.

3. Maybe not getting a gatorade from his grandmas everyday

4.  Drinking water instead of gatorade. Just grab a water bottle instead of a gatorade bottle.
