To Build A Fire
A lesson that might be learned reading "To Build A Fire" is that use your instincts and think about what your going up against. Obviously in the story in man was in very extreme weather which was approximately 50 or so below 0 in the Yukon so obviously his instincts were to build a fire, but not thinking forward his fingers were frozen causing struggle. Another lesson that might be learned from "To Build A Fire" was that he went into the Yukon also, well other than the dog, but if he didn't go alone than he wouldn't have died in the middle of no where. But if he were with another person than the person could have possibly went and looked for help. Lastly if he was with another person than when his fire blew out the other person could have built another fire.
