About Venita K. Howell

Venita K. Howell currently serves as a Process Improvement Expert and Principle at a Boutique Consulting Firm. In this role, Venita consistently seeks to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and employee processes. She also offers guidance in organizational change management, project planning, and operational excellence.

Ms. Howell has functioned as a senior manager of process improvement at a large Healthcare Firm, where she used the principles of Lean Six Sigma to drive and design the client's improvement strategy. Venita Howell is a true expert in the field, authoring several white papers on the topics of Process Improvement and Change Management. She is currently in the process of writing a white paper of Change Management and the Government. She often states that “A change is only going to be successful, if it is supported by the management team."

Ms. Howell holds a MS in computer information science from Nova Southeastern University, and an MBA from Purdue University. She also possesses a Six Sigma Black Belt certification and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor. She is in the process of pursuing a Doctorate in the Healthcare field.
