About Victor Kubli
An attorney licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia,
Victor Kubli currently manages a private practice, the Law Office of
Victor Kubli, P.C., in Germantown, Maryland, where he serves as lead
counsel in a variety of complex civil cases before the U.S. district
courts and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He has also been admitted
to the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for multiple
circuits, including the Fourth circuit. Among his many case successes,
Mr. Kubli earned a favorable settlement in a $300 million case for a
plaintiff. He also acted as lead counsel in a multinational case that
resulted in a seven-figure judgment in a dispute over the value of
multimedia messaging software.
Victor Kubli has been in practice since 1993. He began his career as an attorney with Holmes, Schwartz and Gordon, P.C. in Rockville, Maryland, where he gained experience in federal contract litigation, research, and writing. Prior to beginning his legal practice, Mr. Kubli studied at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University in New York City, where he earned his J.D. with honors.
