Vinson DiSanto - Medical Director

Vinson DiSanto, DO, is an experienced osteopathic physician, acupuncturist, and practitioner of traditional medicine who currently lends his talents to Miami’s Spectrum Services. As Medical Director, he is responsible for overall patient care, which includes treating a range of conditions. Certified through the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and the American Board of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, Vinson DiSanto, DO, also holds the title of Diplomat with the American College for the Advancement of Medicine and the American Academy of Classical Homeopathy. He brings to his work not only these professional credentials, but also substantial experience as a medical professional.

Before joining Spectrum Services in 2007, Vinson DiSanto, DO, acted as a Regional Occupational Medicine Physician for Concentra Medical Centers in the tri-state area of Delaware, southern New Jersey, and southeastern Pennsylvania. During this time, he also held Locum Tenens positions through companies such as Worldwide Medical and Vista Staffing Solutions. Additionally, he spent three years as a Family Practice Physician with Vaughn Medical Center in Martinsville, Virginia.

Earlier in his career, Vinson DiSanto, DO, held a leadership role with the Federal Bureau of Prisons. As Clinical Director and Chief Medical Officer, he helped to establish protocol for circumstances in which inmates are being treated at civilian medical facilities. His other responsibilities included training employees, delivering weekly lectures, and supervising a number of medical practitioners.

Vinson DiSanto, DO, completed his undergraduate education at Widener University. He holds a DO from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and a PhD and DAC from the Open International University of Complementary Medicine. He completed additional training at the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine and Phoenix General Hospital.
