Life in the lower class
In the book Vanity Fair, being in the lower class is frowned upon. The lower class people don't have a lot of money. They usually sold goods to earn more money.
Roles of Children
Life was hard for both wealthy and poor children. Even though wealthy kids still had a few toy. They consistently had to be polite and proper. The role of each Child was different, based on the class they are considered to be in. They had to work in all the factory's. They worked in the factory , because everyone believed that you could make more children if they got hurt or died.
Marriages were arranged by family members, in the Victorian time period. Sometimes you even married cousins to keep the family going.
