Inheritance Journal

1.  Web definition: Inheritance is the practice of passing on property, titles, debts, rights and obligations upon the death of an individual. It has long played an important role in human societies.

My definition: To receive something handed down to you of fortune from a member that has passed.

2. He inherited strength from his family because his grandma was always a strong lady and told him to keep his head up and fight for what he wants. He inherited pride and confidence from his culture because his culture was hated so much by others but that all changed when he faught for his rights at the last school he transferred to off the reservation.

3. Fredrick  Douglas inherited a title as a fighter, he faught for his rights and to be freed. He faught to be freed and have his rights as an African American.

4. Fredrick taught us that anything is possible, as long as you put your mind to it and work towards it throughout the obstacles. Junior taught us that their are people who may judge you and be prejudice but as long as you stay who you are.
