Percent of Change
of The Price Of a Movie Ticket
From 1960 to 2014
Dominick English

The price of a movie ticket went up in a 850% increse, from $1.00 (1960) to $9.50  (2014). A huge increse to the price of a movie ticket, But I wasnt suprised for the lugshary  of the movies is growing and with that the price.

One of the bigger reasons the price is rising is that the theaters are becoming nicer. Now we have recliner chairs and bring to you dinning at the movies. In 1960 the chairs where metal, they had smaller screens , and smaller viewing rooms or only one viewing room.
