Newtons laws

By-Dylan H

This picture has to do with newtons first law of motion stating that an object in motion will stay in motion unless acted upon by an unbalanced force, and also saying if an object is at rest it will stay at rest unless acted upon by an outside force. The video below ties into the first law of motion because when the balls on the cradle are moving they do not stop, and when they are at rest they  stay at rest unless someone drops another ball.

This picture basically explains it self, newtons second law is a formula that says force=mass x acceleration.

Finally the third law of motion that says for every action there is an opposite reaction, like in the video when the tennis ball hits against the floor that is the action when the floor shoots it back up, that's the reaction.
