Simple Baked Potato & Salmon Jerky

Salmon Jerky is better than dried bacon bits!

How easy is this recipe? Simply cook, bake, grill or microwave a potato to desired tenderness and use salmon jerky as a main topping along with cheese, sour cream, butter, chives, pepper and sea salt. Salmon jerky is healthy snack or addition to any meal plus it is high in omega-3's and protein.

  • 1 potato, baked to desired tenderness, per person
  • 1 bag of 1.25 oz. J. Hook's Salmon Jerky, diced or shredded
  • Optional: butter, sea salt, pepper, shredded cheese, sour cream, chives
