        Physical Geography

Russia is twice as large as Canada, and is 70 times larger than The United Kingdom. Even with such a big country, they also have some big weaknesses, like trouble governing such a large country. The average temperature here is 22 degrees Fahrenheit. It's low is -68 degrees Celsius, and the high is 98 degrees Fahrenheit. It has some hills, cities, a big population, a lot of snow, and little sun. The major river is the Lena River, and the major mountain or mountains are Mt. Elbrus.

According to the 1978 Russian Constitution, the President of Russia was a head of executive branch and headed the Council of Ministers of Russia. According to the current 1993 Constitution of Russia, the President of Russia is not a part of the Government of Russia. The president of Russia is Vladimir Putin.
