Paragraph 1:
tHE 3 THINGS WE DID YESTERDAY was that we first did deep breathing, then you told us a story, and then we went to sleep.
Paragraph 2:
Before we meditated, i felt kind of nervous because it was a new thing i never did before. I was feeling relaxed when we were meditating. I would meditate again because it relaxed me and it felt good.

Meditation-is relaxing and breathing deeply.
Mantra-is aum.
Deep breathing-is having good posture and inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
