Chemical and physical properties deal with similar things but are very different. Chemical property can only be observed by when a substance is changed into a new substance and Physical property are properties that can be observed without changing the identity of the substance.
Chemical property deals with Chemical change which is any change that results in the creation of a new substance. Examples of chemical properties are like paper being burnt into ash and when a rock is broken by a hammer.
Physical properties deal with Physical change which are changes that do not alter the appearance of a substance. some example of Physical properties are like when water turns to gas and back and then turns to ice.
