Kick boxing

Kick boxing is the art of self discipline and respect . It takes a lot of physical training . You should train at least three days per week. Your sensie  will teach you everything you need to know . If you start you will have to commit. Its about physical power and endurance and strength when you train you set your mind to something that you can not give up on because if you give up you will learn nothing and not gain strength and respect. That's another thing if you want to get anywhere in M,M,A or kick boxing you have to respect the people around you not just in the dojo but also out in the real life world because the world is not a cartoon its not a movie.the world is a dangerous place it can be safe and fun but when you get into a physical fight or activity it gets serious because you never know whats going to happen or who is gonna win or loose .But when you get into a sport such as kick boxing or M,M,A you will learn that it is not all about learning how to fight its about learning how to deal with situations without having to hurt the other person .learn to live in the moment of the fight, never give up, stay strong, and try hard to do whats right,watch your back and others, losing is a way to learn...
