Speed

Explaining all the types of speed

Constant speed is when the speed has never changed. It is the same speed all the time and has never increased or decreased. An example is when a car is on a highway and it is on cruise at 60 mph.

Variable speed is when the speed changes and doesn't stay the same. A example is when a car is turning into a street and it is slowing down.

Average speed is when the speed has a overall speed when it was going fast or slow. An example is when a car is going at a medium speed than going fast or slow.

Instantaneous speed is when there is no speed. A example is when a car is parked and not going any where.
