How lifestyle choices effect you:

Tobacco, drug, and alcohol use, amount of exercise, quality of air, and kinds of food are all things that can affect you in a meager way. All these things can later lead a hard life when your older and even when you’re in your thirty’s or forty’s. Tobacco and other drugs can cause damage to your heart, lungs, brain, skin, mouth, and muscles. Which is not a good thing if you want to life a long healthy life. More than three fourths of the world uses some type of drug that hurts and affects your body. Drugs can also cause you mental and or brain damage which could later lead you to living in a mental institution, rehab center, and a care home. Alcohol use can also damage your body, it mainly damages your liver, brain, heart, pancreas, and immune system. If you digest too much alcohol it may cause you to have cancer in your Mouth, Esophagus, Throat, Liver, and Breast. Cancer is not something you want to have. Cancer is a name for a group of more than 100 diseases. Although there are many kinds of cancer, all cancers start because of non-normal cells grow out of control. Untreated cancer can cause serious illness and even death. Have you ever craved something so much that you just had to have it, like right now! But yet sometimes the food you crave are not so health? The kinds of food you eat are a big part of your life style. If you eat too much you may become obese/ really, really, really fat. About one third of the adults in America are obese and live an unhappy life because of it. If you do eat health then that’s a start to having a long health life. You also need to exercise in addition to eating health. Have you ever heard the phrase “60 minutes of play a day”? Well that’s what you want to do, you want to do 60 minutes of exercise a day to withstand a healthy life style. Many things are bad in world, don’t make your life style one of thought things your health. Just take my word and don’t have a bad life style! Don’t drink or do drugs, do exercise and eat health.
