We as people consume a great amount of sugar everyday. Consuming great amounts of sugar does not only taste good, but can bring serious health issues. "Development of high blood pressure, increased triglycerides, low cholesterol, fatty liver problems, as well as making insulin less effective in lowering blood sugar." If we keep consuming the same amount of sugars than we might as well greet death. We should start making healthier choices to have a far better and healthier life.
