Life isn't perfect
The poem is about a mother telling her son how hard her life has been. the mother is encouraging the son to never give up and stay hope full. There are two characters in this poem. One character is the mother who is giving advice to the son. The second character is the son, who is receiving advice from the mother. I don't think there is a conflict in this poem because the woman is just giving her son a little advice. There isn't a resolution with out a conflict, so no there is no resolution. in this story there are many figure of speeches. a good theme for the text would be " never give up in life just because it seems hard".
