Easy ways to stay fit at home.

Some easy ways to stay fit at home time are running. If you run around your block a few times a week your legs will get a lot stronger. Also a trampoline will help strengthen your legs. You can also do curls to make your arms stronger. Doing yoga is also another good way to stay fit because it burns your calories, it can tone your body too. You can also do push ups, curl ups or jumping jacks. Also by stretching can help with your flexibility. By doing this can make you stronger, healthier and loose weight.
