World War 1 vocabulary and fun facts

Weapons-something that you can use to attack or injure a person or animal.

Old-when anything is high in age.

World War 1-a global war that centered Europe and began July 28 1914 and lasted until November 18 1918.

Violent-when one would attack someone else.

Alliance-an agreement between two or more party's.

Did you know that In 1902 the Germans were making an alliance with Austria and Italy and they called it the triple alliance.

Before World War 2 in 1939 they called it the Great War or The War to End all Wars instead of World War 1.

World War 1 was the first war where they used airplanes, tanks, and submarines as very common weapons.

I think that I have a connection with this book because it states some information about Italy and I am 25% Italian.
