Terrence Lee Tally Visits PAC

Terrence Lee Tally talks to PAC Students -- 03/23/2015

Terrence Lee Tally brought his A-Game as he spoke to Pocahontas Area early on Monday, March 23rd in the gymnasium. Opening with a dance off that included several student selected teachers, Terrence was enthusiastic and filled the gym with laughter and had everyone smiling -- from the youngest middle school student to the eldest teacher. He brought a timeless message with him on that chilly Monday morning. He spent his time explaining how every single person is important and loved, even if they do not believe it is true. His inspiring speech moved the student body, leaving everyone a little more caring than they were when they sat down.

Ms. Jarvis was selected to dance, and did so fearlessly.

Terrence was accompanied by a band who played covers of popular songs including "I Lived" by OneRepublic. This band wasn't just any band, though. This band included Johnathan Maley, a Pocahontas Area Alumni, who was warmly welcomed by his former teachers as well as the middle and high school students.

Pocahontas was influenced by the good word brought by Terrence Lee Tally and was caught humming numerous tunes thanks to Johnathan and the band. The assembly was successful, entertaining, and gave everyone a new perspective. A special thank you to Faith Lutheran for sponsoring this event and inviting every one out for an evening of music and faith at the Expo Center on Monday evening at 7.
