Why it became the best-The commercial idea was very creative by using a chicken as a character that follows anyone's demands. It clearly showed the benefits of being able to customize your sandwich to your preference.

How did it connect with the audience-This campaign got people to interact and play with the brand. The website also brought people to a lively decorated room as a background.

Impact on future campaigns-This campaign was so successful in 2004 that Burger King decided to bring this campaign back in 2014 in honor of the 10 year anniversary of the Subservient Chicken.

Use of Media-Burger King actually made a chicken costume creating a buzz.
