A couple of things that I've learned from email etiquette IS TO NOT USE ALL CAPS.
An if you want to get pictures you have to site it or you can get in big trouble. And to use proper punctation so it will be good.
And to use great spelling so that they can read what you are typing.
That and don't relate to spam because it could be good but you didn't look over it right.
And another thing that you should know is that you should never type the wrong thing like if you wan't to spell you don't spell it like u and don't put in smile faces or anything wired.
And never judge o web site by it's pictures because it could have all of the information that you need but you didn't get it because you just looked at the pictures and you just passed it on.
