Body Systems

Circulatory System:  

transports materials throughout the entire body. It transports nutrients, water, and oxygen to your billions of body cells and carries away wastes such as carbon dioxide that body cells produce. This system is important because it circulates things throughout the body

Respiratory System

this system takes in oxygen and gives oxygen to the things in your body that need it. This system is important to the body because its the system in which the body breathes

Digestive System:

The system of organs responsible for getting food into and out of the body and for making use of food to keep the body healthy. this is important to the body because it gets the body the nutrients it needs.

Integumentary System:

the organ system that protects the body from various kinds of damage, such as loss of water or abrasion from outside. this is important to the body because it protects the body's organs from many different kinds of damage.

Excretory System:  

This system is responsible for getting rid of waste from the body. this is important because it gets rid of unneeded waste and makes room for more things to com into the body and provide nutrients.

Nervous System:

The nervous system is the system that controls the body and tells the other systems what to do. This is important to the body to because without it the other systems wouldn't be able o communicate and connect with each other

Urinary System:

This system filters blood to remove waste and produces urine. this is important because it gets the waste out of the blood which can be harmful to the body.

Skeletal System:

The skeletal system provides protection to the inside organs and gives the body shape. This is important because without it the important organs in the body would be damaged and the body would not be able to function.

Muscular System:

allows the body to move. this is important because it allows people to walk and eat and many other things, without it the body couldn't do a lot of things.

Endocrine System:

glands that produce hormones. this is important because the hormones that are release let your organs know what to do.

Immune System:

protects the body against harmful diseases. this is important because without it more bacteria would make you sick.

How Do They Work Together?

All of these systems work together to make the body work. Without these the body wouldn't be able to do the many things that it can. If one system didn't complete its job then the other systems would be basically useless.
