I love to listen! As the world's first Acroneticist - of course - I extended the depth of the word as an acronetic - [listen] > learning insightful stuff to elevate naturally. So, I lead by listening to people primarily in my circle and, to everyday people who have something  thought provoking to say.

People, their plans, purpose and platform inspires me to think. So, I seek to hear what they have to say. Listening increases awareness, balance & conditioning for peace of mind.

Further, listening gives people the opportunity to participate in the arena and feel good, comfortable and excited about sharing their experience, expertise & knowledge. So, I seek to encourage people to open up and provide honest feedback. This is fundamental for natural growth.

With Rollball, one of my early invention, developed by Wilson Sporting Goods Company, I had to listen intently to what they had to say because they turned me down, six months in a row. By listening carefully, I grew by the seventh month and provided the right stuff!
