Goals/Strategies to Increase Physical Activity  

Below are a few examples to get you thinking in the right direction.

- First you have to create a goal (example) I want to achieve 60 minutes of physical activity daily.

- Once you have your goal how are you going to start the process of achieving the goal. (example) Creating a pacing guide with dates.

- Now think of different activities that you can perform. Start by watching this short video to get ideas. Before starting, have few questions in mind. How do I get started? What activities can I perform? What about food, what do I need to eat?
