Defining the Roles
Melanie - Media Resource Specialist/Library Media Specialist - curriculum and instruction support, team teacher, team collaborator, help locate and gather resources, order new resources, promote literacy and reading through a variety of programs, tech integrator, ed tech consultant, etc, etc.
Lynn - Learning Commons Assistant - her role is best described as "library manager." She helps students check out books, locate books, gather materials for teachers, manage learning commons on a day-to-day basis.
CTS - Technology hardware troubleshooter and repair person. Helps with installation of programs and problems with classroom technology. In order to get help from this person, you put in a help request through Eduphoria.
After Hours Check out
You are more than welcome to take and check out items to yourself after hours, but please use the spreadsheet on Lynn's desk.
Create your own book lists
Create your own book list in Destiny, save it for future use, AND email that list to Lynn so she and library crew can pull books for you.
Log in to Destiny as yourself (so you can save book lists):
Username: 6 digit ID
Password: first initial last name
