Manichaeism is a religion founded in the early third century by an Iranian Prophet, Mani. The religion has many different types of elements and ideals such as Buddhism and Christianity. The religion spreader to parts of the world such as Tibet, China, and India until it died out around the year 1000. The religion believed in an ideal called "Dualistic Cosmology" where there is a strong battle between good and evil. The Catholic Church states that Manichaeism is heresy because the ideal of good and evil is not actually equal according to the Catholic Church.
