The Beginnings of My Childhood
Steven Warner 4/15/14
I lived in suburbs 'till I turned five,
now that I don't I feel more alive.
The place was broken, trust me, I know.
it was so dark, no sunshine would show.
Then one day I finally moved away,
to a nice quiet town, one would say.
I could finally breath no smoke, no smog,
and that night I slept as if I were a log.
Then came the sunlight, over the horizon to glow,
a feeling so fresh, such heat, and so.
