Bob Crowley was born in 1952 and is the set designer for the play, Robin Wagner, in 2001. His brother was a director, John Crowley. Bob has designed over 15 productions for the National theatre, such as The History Boys (2006), Ghetto (1984), Carousel (1994) and The Madness Of George III (1991). He has also designed many productions for the Royal Shakespeare Company. Bob has won an Oliver award for The Plantagenets and Les Liaisons Dangereuse in London and a transfer to Broadway followed after that. He has received about 6 Tony Award nominations for his set designs on Carousel (1994), Aida (2000), The History Boys (2006), Mary Poppins (2007), The Coast of Utopia (2007) and Once (2012). Bob Crowley, directed and designed the Phil Collins musical, Tarzan. He was The Set and Costume Designer For Love Never Dies by Andrew Lloyd Webber.
