The industrial revolution summed up in one word is manufacturing. The industrial revolution was a manufacturing process that “improved” the american culture. Things went from being made on farms, to being put an assembly lines in factories. One of the biggest achievements in the Industrial Revolution era, would have had to have been the assembly line. Henry Ford mastered this and ushered into the age of mass production. And now, manufacturing is going digital! From technology advancements and the modern equipment used to take things and turn them into money makers, from digitized sketches and 3D printing. The manufacturing changes during the industrial revolution had to be the head start to all of what we are today.
