Orange Bun cake

3 sticks butter (room temperature )

6 eggs

3 cups sugar

1 large orange  

1/2 cup whipping cream  

1 tsp vanilla  

3 cups cake flour  

preheat oven at 325


First cream togther sugar and butter until well combined.  Add eggs one at time . Then zest orange then add to butter mixture . Squeeze 1/2 the orange in batter . Fold in batter  then add flour a little at a time mix until flour is incorporated.  Use non stick spray on a bun pan . But batter in evenly . Bake for 1hr and 15 mins or until tooth pick comes out clean.

Glaze

1 cup powder  sugar

1/2 orange

squeeze  orange in powder sugar then mix if a little thick add a little water until its then enough . When cake is cool drizzle over.
