CPR CHEAT SHEET

Adult/child CPR

Step 1) Check the scene

Step 2) Check to see if the
person is responsive (by
taping them on the shoulder)

Step 3) tell someone to call 911

Step 4) Start CPR, by doing 30
chest compression (the middle
of the chest

Step 5) give 2 breaths

Step 7) give 2 more breaths if air
doesn't go in

Step 6) keep repeating till ambulance
or an A.E.D.

Infant CPR
Step 1) check scene

Step 2) check to see if baby
is responsive

Step 3) call 911

Step 4) Do 30 chest compressions
with 2 fingers

Step 5) give 2 breathes

Step 6) give 2 more if breathes
don't go in

Step 7) Keep repeating till an
ambulance or A.D.E. arrives

Conscious Chocking
adult/child

step 1) check the sence

Step 2) check to see if person is responive

Step 3) If not tell someone to call 911

Step 4) give chest thursts until the object comes out or the person becomes conscious

Infant Conscious Chocking

Step 1) Check sence

Step 2) Check baby

Step 3) tell someone to call 911

Step 4) hold baby on your forearm
and give 5 back slaps

Steps 5) then turn the baby over and give
chest compretions

Step6) look for an object if you see it
do a finger sweep with pinkie.

Step 7 ) if you do not see an object
give 2 breaths

Step 8) if breathes do not go
repeat


Adult/ Child unconscious chocking

Step 1) Check the sence

Step 2) check person

Step 3) tell someone to call 911

Step 4) Start CPR by doing 30 chest compression

Step 3) check for object

Step 5) if you see an object do a finger sweep

Step 6) if not, give 2 breaths

Step 7) if the breaths don't go in
reposition the head and give 2
more breaths

Step 8) if breaths still don't go in give 30
more chest compretions

Step 9) repeat until they wake up, you see
an object or A.E.D arrives


Infant Unconious chocking

Step 1) check sence

Check 2) check baby

Step 3) tell someone to call 911

Step 4) Give 30 chest compretions

Step 5) check for object

Step 7) if you dont see object Give 2 breathes

Step 8) if breathes dont go in

Step 9) continue CPR,

Step 10) if you do see an object do a finger sweep

Step 11) repeat until they wake up or A.E.D arrives


Bleeding

Step 1) check the sence

Step 2) check person

Step 3) call 911

Step 4) apply direct to the wound
with a dressing

Step 5) if blood leaks apply more dressing on
top, never remove the bottom dressing

Step 6) if there are no bone fractures or spinal core injuries, elevate the wound above the heart.

Step 7) re rap it, to secure the wound


A.E.D

Step 1) turn A.E.D on

Step 2) put pads on the chest and side of the person

Step 3) do what the A.E.D tells you
