Thinking about the future and wondering how it'll be

To help me out I go for walks to help clear my thoughts

Second Way

Keeping up in school, I get side tracked somethings and that doesn't help me.

I take small breaks at home when I'm doing homework that stress me. It helps me relax.

Third Way

When I'm working to hard at home, like cleaning everything, so I won't get in trouble. I happened to get stressed

I listen to music that calms me down and I continue working
