Vitamins are things found in foods (chemical compounds).

They’re needed to help regulate your metabolism (digesting and absorbing nutrients found in the food.) And they must be obtained from food because our bodies don’t make enough vitamins and some don’t make any at all. They help other things like carbs and proteins in the body to work properly.

Water Soluble Vitamins are c and b and thy can be found in things like oranges and grapefruit. they mix only with water.

Fat Soluble Vitamins are a d e and k and they can be found in foods containing fat. and they only mix with fat. they’re stored in the liver and body fat.
