12/18/14 Advice and Gratitude
Go to sleep - Sleeping always helps me take my mind off things and when I wake up I feel great.
Go outside - Going outside can help you get active and more social.
Play some games - Or do what you like to do, anything that keeps you busy.
I'm grateful for
1. My games that keep me busy when I'm bored.
2. My family who makes me feel at home.
3. My bed that keeps me warm at night.
4. My dog that is always happy to see me.
5. School because I've truly learnt a lot over time.
