Youth of Good Character

Jacob Samuelson, Danny Sommerlot, Tyler Case, Jacob Hinrickson, Caleb Ricke and Matt Lenz have been nominated as Youth of Good Character by Terry Eisenbarth and Cody Bunda, directors of the Pocahontas Area Community NFL Flag Football Program. Their nomination states, “These PAC high school boys have committed to helping with the Youth Flag Football program for six weeks. They are responsible to show up every Saturday morning, and they serve as the other coaches, refs and most importantly, as positive mentors to about 80 PAC youth, Pre-K through 6th grade. They help teach football plays to these eager-to-learn young kids, as well as great attitudes and positive sportsmanship. These young players are certainly looking up to these high school boys as they mentor and lead them.” Thanks boys, for serving as great leaders and role models for these young players in our community!
