The National Audubon Society was founded by Harriet Hemenway and Mina Hall in 1896. This foundation is to protect water birds that are soon extinct . This foundation is to raise awareness to water birds who are endangered by deadly hazards every year from oil spills to hunters. This foundation prohibits hunters from killing these birds.
