Why did the good relationship between the colonists and the Indians break down?
The good relationship between the colonists broke down because....
In 1671 the English demanded more and more land form the Native Americans. But what really did it was "When 3 Indians who had been accused of murdering a settler in Plymouth and executed by English law rather then by Indian customs." They and there allies murdered and burnt down villages of the English and there allies, as a result of the 3 Indians execution. I believe that the English should have left the 3 Indians who had been accused of murdering the settler, to the Wampanoag to deal with them, using there own customs.
