How do I check on the status of my order?

To check on the status of your order, please follow the steps below:

Step 1. You will receive an email with a tracking number once we ship your order. If you have not received this email, please check you spam mailbox.

Step 2. Click on the tracking number to track your order.

Step 3. You may also check the status of your order by logging into your Koyal Wholesale account here. Please click on the order history to find out more order details.

Please Note: We will try to ship all of your items in the same package, but in order to provide faster service, you may receive more than one shipment.

What are my shipping options?

We ship most packages with FedEx. We offer Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, and Overnight options. To view your shipping rate, add items to cart, and click the estimate shipping button in the shopping cart. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, or APO/AFO address at this time.

Please Note: In order to provide the best customer service, we may also use UPS or USPS to get you your order before your event date.

How are shipping and handling charges determined?

Shipping and handling is estimated based on your shipping zip code and the approximate weight of the products you have ordered. Some items may be considered oversize (i.e. tall vases, branches, large centerpieces) and will incur higher shipping charges.

Will I receive a shipment confirmation?

You will receive an email containing tracking information, including a tracking number that will allow you to track your order. For larger orders, you may receive multiple emails with more than one tracking number as some items may ship separately.

If I place my order today, how long does it take to receive my order?

Domestic orders take 2-3 business days to process, and 1-5 days business to ship based on your location from our warehouses. Please also note that certain items, such as personalized items, may take up to 10 business days to process. Business days do not include weekends and holidays.

Do you offer same day shipping?

Yes. Same day shipping is defined as any order that must ship out same day. Please call us at 888-98-KOYAL should this service be required, as this feature is not available for certain products. Same day shipping orders are not accepted over email. A mandatory $20 fee will apply to all same day shipping orders, without exception.

Same day shipping is not available for:

- International Orders.

- Personalized Products.

- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

- Orders for some large items, oversize products or special order items.

Do you offer Express shipping?

Yes. Express shipment is faster and guarantees an arrival date over regular Ground shipping. To ensure delivery to you on time, please enter an event date during checkout and choose the appropriate shipping option.

Do you offer rush processing?

Yes. Rush processing is defined as orders that need to be processed faster than our standard processing time. Please call us at 888-98-KOYAL should this service be required, as this feature is not available for certain products. Rush orders are not accepted over email. A mandatory $20 fee will apply to all rush orders, without exception.

Where will KoyalWholesale.com ship my order?

We will ship your order to the shipping address that you have provided at checkout. Please do not use a P.O. BOX address as your shipping address.

If an order is refused at delivery or an incorrect address is given, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Shipping is non-refundable.

When should I use signature confirmation?

Signature confirmation is optional and a customer can select this option upon checkout. An additional fee will apply. If no signature confirmation is requested, the customer assumes full responsibility and liability for lost, stolen or missing packages that track as "delivered." We highly recommend signature confirmation for apartments, condominiums, and for clients that have had packages go missing before. If no request is made for signature confirmation, packages can be left at the shipping address per the driver's discretion with a full waiver of liability.

What qualifies for free shipping?

Free shipping, when applicable, applies to ground service within the 48 contiguous United States and does not apply to wholesale, international or expedited orders. Free shipping is not available for the following categories: Vases, Glassware, Trees, Branches, Naturals, Floral Sheeting, Bulk Linen, Spandex Decor, and large or odd shaped items.
