A Dugong is a marine mammal related to the Manatee.

They are called sea cows because of their main diet of grass, but they should be referred to as sea pigs because they root up sea vegetables.

The main place where Dugongs live is the Indian sea, and lives in 84 countrys, and their biome is the ocean/marine.

It's main predator is sharks.

Their main threat is their small birth rate, with all the dangers happening to them they can't repopulate quick enough.

Some threats are over hunting, pollution, and habitat loss

Because of these threats there is 4,000 left alive in the wild that we know of, the IUCN classifies them as vulnerable
