To escape arrest, Anne's father took them into forced hiding behind one of his business premises in Amsterdam. On August 4th, 1944, someone gave off a tip to the German police and the family was arrested and sent on the last train to Auschwitz. Anne got typhoid fever and died in March 1945. Her father survived the camps and after the war returned to the place they had hidden for two years. It was there that he found Anne's diary and decided to get it published.

The Grinch

The Grinch is my all time favorite. I'm obsessed with Christmas and whenever I think of Christmas, I think of the Grinch. It's a tradition in my family the night before Christmas we all sit around the fire and watch the Grinch together.
