My Super Awesome Spring Break

By: Chloe P.

If you know me you know the three things I'm all about: drawing, video games, and staying home. Over Spring Break though, I did something a little different. For once I got out and spent time with friends!

On the Friday we got off of school. I went to a lock in at my church. I had a ton of fun. We played games all night and once it got really dark we played hide and go seek in the dark. In the whole church and the church is huge. The only problem with playing in the dark is that you can't see anything whatsoever. I was hiding under a church pew and had to get away fast so I turned my head and hit my face in to another church pew. Did not see it coming. My nose was bleeding really badly. I was alright and aside form that, the night went well. We also had Nachos at 2 in the morning. Yum!

Spring Break is a great time to go to the movies but when I went it was pretty empty. My Friend Makayla, her friends, and I all went to see Insurgent at the Regal Cinema theater in the Valley Mall. It was such a good movie. The simulation puzzles that Tris had to go through looked amazing especially the final one. I'm a sucker for special effect. Half the time I don't care about the plot at all and I just watch what's going on. That's what happened with "The Last Airbender" movie...then I watched the original series.

The rest of my Break was pretty laid back. As you might have guessed I was on the computer and playing video games during the rest of my precious break. My favorite game is easily, "The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword"!

So that was my Spring Break! I hope yours was fun, too.
