Management plan: Study, and  Take Good Notes. So you'll be cofindent you got a good grade on whatever your doing.

The Second Teen Stressor is Lack of Sleep

Management Plan: Go to bed on time or early, and dont watch tv or get on your phone just go to sleep.

The Third Teen Stressor is tryouts

Management Plan: Practice, and Train so you'll be confindent that you'll do good and also believe in yourself.
