Website Publisher and Purpose

My name Ashlynn I am in Mrs.Harris's class at Holman Middle School we are doing a   Biography research project in English class.

I choose to do Rosa Parks because she is one of my favorite people , in third grade[ I was at Springfield Park Elementary School ] we did a Biography project and she would call a persons name like [ like who would like to do Helen Keller] and you would raise your hand if you wanted to do that person. I did not know anything about Rosa Parks , that was the person I choose for my project . I have learned a lot about her , and when I heard that we had to do the same thing here of course I choose her .  That is my purpose about doing this website about Rosa Parks.

Cause and Effect

Rosa Parks ,she was the leader of the bus boycott ,which was after Rosa was arrested by a police officer for not giving up her seat to a white man. In the bus boycott there was effects buses were not getting a lot of passengers and they were not making money. There were lots of strikes [ strike- a stand] and there were movements. Last , people might get arrested for marching down the streets with signs saying ," give us our freedom". The bus boycott was a pretty much a strike and there were people getting mad and people who were sad. Rosa and Martin Luther King ,wanted to give African Americans there freedom, when Rosa Parks did not give up seat , people came more confident they said if she can do it ,we can.
