Necessary Job Skills
Automotive Engineers need to be creative and must be able to work well with others in order to get the job done. They also must be smart in math and science to figure out good performance and style and they must be able to produce and conceive a good car for the public.
In order to be an automotive engineer, you must earn a Bachelor's degree in engineering. This requires 4 years of college. The university of Illinois is a very good engineering schools that will help me with my plans. It is s big college in Champaign-Urbana Illinois.
The words I live by are "strive to meet your goals, and never give up or feel discouraged about your dreams whether how big or small they are" (Andrew Lenz). The importance of this quote is import to me because it paves the way for me to meet my goals, and this shows me that I can do it.
Many people Inspire me to try to be the best that I can be, but one person in particular really stands out from the rest. That person is Mrs. Brown. She is a very smart teacher who has taught me a lot in this last semester of school. I strive to be like her, and she knows what she is doing. She is well organized, well prepared, and well educated.
Also, she is a very inspirational figure. She is very hard working, and she strives to meet her goals of getting the whole class to a certain level. She teaches very well, and she shows me that anything is possible as long as you try very hard. Thank you, Mrs. Brown.
Automotive Engineer Article
Automotive Engineers have a very important job in designing new cars and developing new ways for cars to be more efficient. This includes changing the body to be more aerodynamic or developing a new motor to be more gas efficient. With that being said, some engineers from BMW have developed a electric car that is able to perform better than previously. They said "he BMW 330e will be powered by a plug-in hybrid drive system with a combined output of around 180kW/450Nm, giving the 330e a 0–100km/h acceleration time of approximately 6.1 seconds and a top speed of 225km/h. It's also capable of travelling up to 36km in all-electric mode with zero local emissions" (Scoltock 1). These engineers are the sole responsibility in creating an efficient car and also they can help the environment as well. They are a big help to the world more than people think, and their job is as cool as it sounds.
