My Personality Traits
ESFP

E-Extravert: Extraverts love being around people. They are very outgoing and enthusiastic people. This trait make it very easy for them to go talk to anyone. These people say whats on their mind they rarely think before they speak. They want to experience the world in order to understand it. They also get energy from talking with people and feel drained when they are alone. Extraverts also need a lot of reassurance about what they are doing and how they look. They tend to not be the best listeners. I find that I am 100% extravert pretty much every thing described for an extravert is me.

S-Sensing: Sensors prefer to use their senses to take information in. They trust their past experiences to figure out how to do things. They like to give specific answers to specific questions. I found it odd that I am a sensor I relate more to a intuitive personality.

F-Feeling: Feelers have a hard time disagreeing with others they like to stay away from conflicts. Feelers are accused of being to sensitive to criticism. They can sometimes be tring to be liked and to fit in. Feelers long for the feeling to be appreciated and accepted. Feelers always try to see the other person view. I am defiantly a feeler. Although I can take criticism and other experences in my life have made me strong.

I would defenatly say that the strongest personality trait in me is the extravert part.

What I have Learned

I have learned so much while doing this project. With the results of this project I have narrowed my job options down a little. I have learned that there is a lot of different things that go into picking the right job then just if you think it's cool. At the end of the day my dream is still to be performing on stage along with owning my own businesses. My dreams can still come true but I have a plan B now. With this project most of my results had something to do with designing, performing, and working with young children. I am very happy with all of these results. I do think the results are accurate because I do like to design, perform, and work with young children. Before this project I did have some interest in going into a design area. This project only strengthened this interest. In every category the occupation interior design came up as a career to think about. So I am planing on doing further research on interior design along with fashion design. This project has helped me start thinking about what job category I want to go into and what position I should go into. I have found that I would work best as a manager or someone that has most of the control. Also I would probably enjoy working best by myself or with a small group of people. Along with that even if I don't go into design I would be happier if I worked in a more artistic atmosphere. I am very excited to use this new information along the way to finding my perfect career.
