Graph of experiment~

Temperature of Citric acid and Sodium bicarbonate reaction

When Citric acid and sodium carbonate were mixed, the temperature decrease. This is an endothermic reaction because energy was absorbed. The lowest temperature was 8 decrease Celsius and the highest temperature was 19 degrees Celsius.

Breakdown of Reaction~

in this reaction solid sodium bicarbonate is mixed with powdered citric acid which is then mixed with a little bit of water. The Law of Conservation of Mass is demonstrated as follows-

C6 H8 O7 + 3NaHO3 ---> 3Na + C6H5O7 + 3H2O + 3Co2
